"I enjoy being insured through this state farm location. There was an incident where a member took my payment, but rather than applying it towards my vehicle, she applied it towards another vehicle insured in the same policy, which I wasn’t aware of until I received a letter from the DMV stating my registration was due to be suspended due to no insurance. I contacted State Farm immediately, and Karla was able to help me out and even contacted the DMV directly under my behalf so I wouldn’t have to do anything on my end. I appreciate the extra time she took with helping me out, I usually only trust her with handling my payments, but Maria makes it pretty simple and fast as well."
